Q: How do I choose my right size at Snuggle&Co.™ ?

A: An easy way to calculate your size is to use our Size Guide or Size Recommender. Please consider that our sizes run smaller than standard fit. Therefor we recommend you to get 1-2 sizes up.

Q: Are your hoodies for men or women ?

A: Our hoodies are unisex. They were designed to be worn by men & women.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 3 business days to have your order processed. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will received a shipment confirmation email and tracking number. If you're curious as to where your shipment is at any time, you can e-mail our customer services team, who will respond with a tracking number for real-time updates on your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking number or don't see an update on the order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter further!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Snuggle&Co sources its products from the USA, Europe and Asia. For domestic orders in the United States, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 10 to 20 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We are proud to provide worldwide shipping!

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Definitely! You'll notice the use of SSL security on our site to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. Your Credit Card information is used upon purchase, and is forgotten immediately afterwards.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Once you find a product you're interested in, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Q: I have received only a part of my shipment, where are my other items?

We ship from different warehouses using different carriers to avoid delays so items may arrive at varying times.  Don't worry! They'll all arrive even if it's in one two or even three packages! If you'd like to know the status of any of your items please use the shipping tracker provided.
