Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit that will be re-shipped for free.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at Support@SnuggleAndCo.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available at that exact moment, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
If the delivery was declared as successful delivered, we cannot give you a refund. Stolen packages must be declared
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Upon inquiry, Snuggle&Co™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, if lost or package got returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I HAD A CHANGE OF HEART. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK?
Unfortunately we cannot issue cancellations once the order has been placed with our partners. We work very efficiently here at Snuggle&Co. and place orders within minutes of receiving them to reduce Covid-19 delays.
If you catch us before we send the order then we'll gladly issue a refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Because of the shipping time involved as well as Covid restrictions in returns we strongly suggest you carefully study the sizes before ordering. Unfortunately, due to Covid and international shipping rules we cannot provide return shipping labels at this time.
